Install from the official app store on your TV, open the app to get the unique device ID, then activate the playlist link from your account dashboard.
Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick
Recommended apps: IBO Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate.
Search for the app in the Fire TV store, install, then add your provided playlist URL or Xtream credentials.
Android TV / Android phone
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Quzu, Flix IPTV.
Install from Google Play. Open the app, choose "Add new playlist", and paste the URL or Xtream login.
iPhone & iPad
Recommended apps: GSE Smart IPTV, IPTV Smarters Player.
Install from the App Store. Add your playlist link in the app's settings — iOS streams play in the same player.
Apple TV (tvOS)
Recommended apps: iPlayTV, IPTV Smarters Player.
Install from the tvOS App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, paste your playlist URL.
MAG box / Aura HD
Built-in portal.
From System Settings → Servers → Portals, paste the portal URL provided with your subscription. Reboot the box to load.
Enigma2 (Vu+, Dreambox, Zgemma)
Built-in playlist support.
Use the Enigma2 IPTV plugin or upload the M3U file via FTP into the userbouquet folder, then reload bouquets.
Windows & macOS
Recommended apps: VLC Media Player, IPTV Smarters Pro for Desktop.
Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream → paste the playlist URL. For a TV-style interface, use IPTV Smarters Pro.
Web browser
No install needed.
If your subscription includes web-player access, sign in at the player URL provided by the partner store. Works in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Setup tips that save support tickets
- Use a stable connection. Wi-Fi is fine; ethernet is better for 4K.
- Set the correct time zone on your device — the EPG depends on it.
- If channels load slowly, lower the player buffer setting from 8 s to 2–3 s.
- For 4K playback, make sure your device supports HEVC (H.265) decoding.
- Use one app per device — installing several IPTV players on the same Fire Stick can cause conflicts.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special set-top box?
No. Any modern Smart TV or a €30 Fire Stick is enough. A MAG box or Enigma2 receiver works too if you already own one.
What internet speed do I need?
10–15 Mbps is enough for HD. For 4K we recommend 25 Mbps or more. For 8K-ready content, 50 Mbps and a device that supports 8K.
Can I cast from my phone to the TV?
Yes. Most Android players (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters) support Chromecast. iOS apps support AirPlay to Apple TV.
The app on my Smart TV won't activate. What do I do?
Reinstall the app, get the new device ID from the app screen, then re-link the playlist from your account dashboard. If still stuck, contact support.
