About the service

What is IPTV?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV streams over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. It runs on most modern devices including Smart TVs, phones, tablets, set-top boxes, and computers.

How is this different from cable TV?

No physical wiring, no installation, no contract length you can't escape. You watch using apps on devices you already own.

What internet speed do I need?

10–15 Mbps is enough for HD. For 4K, 25 Mbps or higher. For 8K-ready content, aim for 50 Mbps and a device that supports 8K decoding.

Trial & signup

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 24 hours free, no card required. There is also a 48-hour trial for €3 if you want longer.

How quickly will I get my credentials after paying?

Usually within minutes. During off-hours, it may take a little longer but rarely more than a few hours.

Can I request the trial more than once?

The free trial is one per email/device. To extend, switch to the 48-hour paid trial or pick a regular plan.

Devices & setup

Which devices are supported?

Samsung & LG Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick, Android TV and phones, iOS, Apple TV, MAG box, Enigma2 receivers, Windows, macOS, and any modern web browser. See the devices page for setup steps.

Do I need a special set-top box?

No. A modern Smart TV or a €30 Fire Stick is enough.

Which is the best app?

For Android TV / Fire Stick: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. For iOS / Apple TV: GSE Smart IPTV. For Smart TV: SS-IPTV or Smart IPTV. They all work — pick the interface you like.

The app on my Smart TV won't activate. What do I do?

Reinstall the app, get the new device ID from the app screen, then re-link the playlist from your account dashboard. If still stuck, contact support.

Plans & billing

How many devices can I use at once?

Single plans allow one stream at a time. Multi plans allow two simultaneous streams. You can install the app on as many devices as you want — only the simultaneous active streams are limited.

How do I pay?

All payments are processed by the official partner store. Common cards and PayPal are accepted; specific options are shown at checkout.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

No. Plans run for the period you paid for and stop at the end. To continue, buy a new plan or use the renewal page.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund policy is set by the partner store. Because trial options exist, refunds after activation are limited. We strongly recommend testing first.

Can I upgrade from Single to Multi mid-subscription?

Yes — contact the partner store and the difference is pro-rated for the remaining period.

Content

What channels are available?

A wide selection across many countries and categories — news, sports, entertainment, movies, kids, music, documentary. See the channels page for the country and category breakdown.

Is on-demand content (VOD) included?

Yes. A large VOD library with films and series is included on every plan.

Can I use my subscription abroad?

Yes — IPTV works wherever you have a stable internet connection. Some channels may be region-restricted by their broadcasters.

Troubleshooting

Channels are buffering or freezing

Lower the player buffer setting (e.g. from 8 s to 2–3 s in TiviMate). Switch to ethernet if you can. If buffering only happens at peak hours, your ISP may be the bottleneck — try a different DNS like 1.1.1.1.

EPG (program guide) is wrong or missing

Check that your device's time zone is correct. In the app's settings, refresh the EPG manually — it can take a few minutes.

Some channels show "no signal"

Channel availability varies. If a channel is reliably down, contact support so they can route you to a different source.
